Sheraton Tung Chung is my top choice in Hong Kong. The staff is amazing, like the time they found my lost car keys. It has all I need: free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, fitness center, pool, spa. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

Brand new hotel with incredible facilities - pool, health club, and great restaurants. Exquisite service in Executive Club. Got an upgrade with wrap-around windows witnessing airport landings in complete silence. Good bed and wonderful amenities. All very clean, safe, and well-managed. Breakfast buffet is the best with incredible selection and plenty of space. Mini mall/food court adjacent to the hotel. Shuttle service to/from Airport and Citygate. Walkable to the MTR. Comfortable beds and friendly housekeeping staff.

Its location is convenient, next to Cheung Sha Beach in Lantau and another area and city gate and airport, quiet area. The breakfast is large, includes a wide range of meals...

The room with a comfy bed and sea view was absolutely delightful. In-room dining service exceeded my expectations with hot, fresh food delivered in just 20-25 minutes. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. The Chinese restaurant, YUE, offered delicious and creative dishes that I truly enjoyed. The breakfast had a great selection of high-quality food and the staff provided excellent service.

While the front desk staff were attentive, training is needed for the other hotel staff. Housekeeping was slow in responding to requests.

The place is modern and fairly clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 5 star rating. The service at the restaurant is excellent. The peaceful area is a good location for staycation. There is a great restaurant relatively near hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money with competitive prices. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms have a classy decor and offer a great view. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the MTR platform, making it easy to access popular attractions such as Disneyland and the shopping center.

We had a great time at a hotel close to Tung Chung station that was also nearby some attractions such as Disneyland and Cheung Sha beach. The staff was friendly and attentive and our room was clean, quiet, and had adjustable blinds in the shower. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. It was also great that the hotel had a fitness center and a swimming pool available for guests to use.

Some of the TV channel options were not very interesting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Cheung Sha beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday staycation special. They even surprised me with a room upgrade and a lovely birthday message. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the bed was so comfortable. The in-room dining service was excellent, with hot and fresh food delivered in a timely manner. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to Tung Chung station and the MTR platform. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site Chinese restaurant, YUE. this hotel provided a great value for money, with basic amenities, stunning views, and a complimentary breakfast included.
